Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Just hang onto your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at trksublimationdesign@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address. Please don't send anything back without hearing from us first.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? Return your item and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get what you need.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your return, reach out at trksublimationdesign@gmail.com.

EU Customers You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
